This was blatantly obvious when I first started reading DeLonge's promotional messages, like on his Instagram for example. He flat out said that his sources were exclusively from the intelligence and military groups. 99% of those ilk are bent on deceiving the public for the benefit of their commanders.

Unfortunately, DeLonge is not digging in different areas. He's putting his name and possibly his life on the line, yet his research does not seem to be comprehensive, among different factions and stakeholders. His findings smack of propaganda. Their whole campaign will attempt to smear Russia! Could they BE more obvious?

As Dr. Greer likes to say, "How do you know if a politicians lying? He is opening his mouth."
