it's a pivotal moment. sorry if I misspelled anything. The Olympics were historically to make decisions while everyone was distracted right? I believe there was a summit during the Olympics and that a lot of what we see unfolding now is a product of that summit. I believe the Olympics are a formality the powerful still attend to and respect, however without any real scrutiny. There isn't much global coverage on Brazil or Peru...I just think that scares me.
