I know I'll be in the minority here but I'm glad they are.

Humans have proven since we crawled out of caves that we are tribal ( even if you want to call our modern Nation States tribal - which I do - just larger ) and war like. Nothing has ever changed about that.

I for one would like to know that the defense department for my tribe is looking ahead because if they aren't that's just foolish. You know Russia, China and a host of European nations are probably looking at similar programs but to be fair the Europeans will always be behind every once else.
