I did and could not find whatever picture it was taken from, modern cameras have alot of megapixels which means that you can zoom in to a picture alot, that coupled with the flood of news articles and pictures pertaining to the attack make it difficult. If he wants to prove his point and get people on his side he should present more clear evidence than a somewhat pixelated picture of a knife. I'm not going to waste my whole night going on a scavenger hunt to prove right a theory I don't fully believe.
