So if I'm not one who consumes marijuana, but choose to consume it after having filled out that form, it wouldn't be a lie then, would it?

If I choose later in life to use, would I have to turn the gun back in?

Do I get a refund?

Wait - how are they going to know if I'm lying? Is there a database somewhere? Do I have to take a pee test before filling out the form?
