Looks completely fake to me, these people are faking and not showing the signs of a chemical attack. If they were the helpers would need chemical gear or they would be compromised. Also the victims would be vomiting and shitting themselves while convulsing.

My first thought was this is bullshit.

Just like the ambulance kid, total nonsense. They are trying to get an emotional response from us to support something. War? Sanctions? Who knows.
