Tax on private income is Theft.

Tax on government entities called corporations is a justifiable fee for the privilege of protection of corporate owners' private assets from lawsuits.

Driver Licenses are Fraud for those not using public roads for income, because everyone has the right to travel.

Do these people realize that servers are taxed on a percentage of their sales? doing this does nothing on the amount servers pay in taxes.

From what I understand this is a lie - the companies you worked for tell you that so they don't have to pay you the difference from their own coffers. They cannot force you to claim tips you have not gotten.
