I remember this story of his indictment but I would have never put it together with Macron being purposely installed.... to shield .... the red shield.

All these ditzy elites with their pie in the sky grandiose plans can't figure in unplanned for circumstance s. Like Macron being indicted for financial crimes. The bureaucrats of the EU and the UN overdosing on a bad batch of the amphetimes I suspect they're using. Or the muzzies never working at all and the taxpayers putting them all on boats themselves.
