"20° above average in Fairbanks Alaska, May 3, 2014, the north shore is above freezing at 37° which is a disaster, melting the ice which protects the deadly frozen methane deposits.

HAARP was used to create High Pressure Ridges off of southern California, which have been used all winter to push warm air into Alaska.

The western edge of the man made highs are chemtrailed, to prevent the outflow boundary from bringing rain to California."
