The cabal want 100 hundred years to tell humanity the truth about their secret space program, who their allies are, but would start with inocuous stories like this one. The good agents scattered across all governments and even some secret societies have been pushing for a faster full disclosure, within 3 years. In practice it will probably end up being full disclosure between 7 - 16 years.

I believe I saw something about this on one of the sciencey channels and the anomalies were discovered by a satellite tracking gravity variations. They're so massive they actually affect gravity, supposedly.
