Is there a list somewhere with "exercises" followed by false flags/"attacks" ?

It's just a massive cohencidence that every major terror attack of recent years has cohencided with or immediately followed a terror drill that was often similarly themed to the attack itself.

I wonder what the official reason for this rehersal is, regardless the false flag implications are disturbing.

And people still think all these false flags are real.
