Interesting article. I would love for it to be true. Hell... Maybe it is, who knows these days! (1) I would like to see the "whole" treaty, not just the 1 page. (2) why try to "eject" them from the planet. In true US muhrica fashion, just kill them all and take what's left of the technology?
