An interesting thought to ponder. It's kind of like how our highways were built in such a way that if the military needed to use them they could easily get from one place to another if they need too. If something did happen they could use mall areas as central distribution centers of both man power and supplies, plus all of that parking space is real useful.

However in the video it tooks like the guy is showing a picture of a half built mall, one where the fake stucco and decorations have yet to be added so of course it looks like spooky metal towers from the highway. For some reason fake bell and clock towers are added to every structure that makes up the endless urban sprawl of our country. that and fixtures that are brand new then painted to look real old for some reason.
