Sounds like an idea from the alt-Left. For many jobs in some states you have to be 16 to work a grill, fryer, or cash register. That leaves out most jobs for younger kids trying to make some cash. For many other states you have to be 18 to run a hi-low (forklift).

All these restrictions make it REALLY hard for the 15 and under crowd to get any type of job at all.

Spread the name of the fella who feels like a little girl is encroaching on his income. Let everyone know what a petty jerk he is and make his pettiness exorbitantly expensive. Those businesses live and die by word of mouth, and neighborhoods have Facebook pages as well as Google reviews.
