Struck me from the begging, yes the guy was being; obnoxious, unruly, offensive, and probably even "disturbing the peace".... But he didn't get remotely physical until 3 people came at him....

3 people come at me in a threatening manner over some "hurtful words", and they give me the slightest indication they're about to get physical and I'm not in the mood......

3 people make unprovoked threatening advances at you on the street and you have a legitimate concern that your well-being and life is being threatened........ Case closed self defense, should you mess them up. But because he said "hurtful words", he's a murderer?
