It is very simple. Tobacco smoke, as any kind of smoke produces tar. The tar produced by cigarettes smoke deposits on lungs. After some time the smoker's lungs become completely obstructed by tar and the process is irreversible. As a result smokers die a painful death of lung failure, or lung cancer. This is basic knowledge for anybody that is aware of what smoke is and what lungs are.

Any doctor in the world knows that smoking is killing the lungs and leads to painful death. Obviously all the tobacco manufacturers know this, all the responsible in government know this too, and all the doctors and industry shills who endorsed and promoted smoking know this too. This is an obvious world wide conspiracy of genocide. It happened in every country with the same pattern.

Tobacco manufacturers obviously bribed government officials and doctors to hide the simple truth about what tar does to the smokers lungs. Because of this simple act of corruption three thing were allowed to happen: 1 No warnings at all about how dangerous tar is for lungs, 2 Allowing publicity of smoking by using charismatic characters that lead unaware people to start smoking, 3 Allowing to smoke in public places without natural ventilation, which allows even non smokers to become victims of tar depositing on lungs trough the air around them.

The only rational reaction of anybody aware of this conspiracy of manslaughter would be to jail for life all the manufacturers, public officials and doctors involved and confiscate all their wealth to spend in research for smoking related diseases. This never happened. This simply means that there are no normal people in government and we are all fucked no matter what.
