This is why I see it as a different take, instead of factual reporting. To me it reads like relaying a russian governmental report, but any information should be taken with a grain of salt unless sourced elsewhere. It has worked for me as a starting point for several searches, and yielded interesting names and scenarios which were in fact verifiable elsewhere. Mostly though, it has been an alternate narrative, refreshing against the repeated lies of the MSM.
