Saxitoxin. Frozen dart.

Acquired through FOrt Deitrick and illegally held in stockpile.

Created by dinoflagellates and cyanobacteria, highest concentration found in puffer fish ovaries of the South Indian River variety.

Other neurotoxin was sea snake venom which was likely the ingredient for the dart used to "paralyze dogs before they could bark." I'm sure they only used it on dogs.
