OK, here are two "official" NASA images of Earth from Space that I am having a hard time with.

Image #1 is from the Apollo 11 Moon Mission. This shows Earth from lunar orbit. In this image we see Earth off in the distance appearing similar in size to how we observe the Moon from Earths surface. The Earth appears relatively small, occupying a rather small portion of the visible "sky".

Now fast-forward to 2015....

Image #2 is from NASA's newly launched "EPIC" space program. They release to the public a set of images of Earth from space. In this picture we observe Earth from (allegedly) ONE MILLION miles away! Image #2 shows what is obviously a radically different perspective of Earth from the moon. Based on the Image #2 visual, imagine being on the surface on the Moon and looking up into the "sky" to observe the Earth. According to image #2 the Earth should appear rather LARGE and would occupy a majority of the visible skyline.

My conclusion is that at least ONE of these images has to be fake. Please debunk and explain to me how both of these images could possibly be genuine (as NASA steadfastly claims). The images contradict each other on a massive level!
