I started reading about frequencies and curing cancer with a "ray" and it is pretty obvious the author has no clue what the fuck they are writing about. He writes that the patients were pronounced clinicly cured. There is no such thing. Cancer patients who no longer have cancer are in remission.

This reads like a sci-fi story written by a 10 year old.
