Destabilize the country, increase darkness, that includes individual and collective conscious "moods", from all the atrocities that will inevitably occur. During the chaos, the psychopaths are going in and kidnapping, guess who... yup and then all the dark markets get flooded etc etc. There's some profit in this for those at the top, but they are playing the long game. What does each country look like when it's run down with crime and corruption after 5 - 10 years. Sell the services of your other company to rebuild said countries.
