The Clinton and their cabal crooks are enacting what the fallen angels have tried to push on humanity for millenia. I believe it is a soul possession, but candidates are usually psychopaths to begin with, or s/he turn a blind eye while the pieces of the chess board surrounded them. There was a point in each life where they could have decided to go the good way, not the selfish steal billions, enslave and kidnap kids route.
