The initial speech when she released from the hospital shows her wiping away fake tears, using both her hands, all ten fingers clearly visible. Later at the funeral, she has a splint on one finger of her left hand. No head bandage for her "skull fracture"...not even any bruising to be seen.

Just waving, smiling, reading a prepared speech, selling t-shirts and bracelets, and raking in the shekels.
