I see the agenda more as a protection of a Ponzi scheme. Government obligations for retirement benefits and other debts has never been met by using fiscal responsibility of the taxes collected to fund these things. Instead, they quickly spent the money collected and relied on a growing tax base and borrowed money to make ends meet.

The social engineering that government attempts conflicts with society. Civilized people recognize their own limitations and balance their needs and wants. I dont think birthrates matter much in a capitalistic society... Low population density kicks ass. Besides the places migrants come from are sparse and without infrastructure so in effect this is +populating on already dense land(eg europe), also more intellectually developed land so that becomes at risk, but these migration efforts takes human resource from sparse undeveloped areas where they ought utilize not squander.
