Artificially shaped eyebrows that look unnatural. Unnatural colored hair. Unnatural hair cut. Painted nails. Excessive make up. Excessive use of parfume. Also self body mutilation by tattoos, piercing, fake breasts, needless facial plastic surgery.

Yeah, I don't get this either. The only drawback with nail polish is that the nails are actually quite porous and the chemicals in polish quite toxic.
