This is EXACTLY what I have been thinking...from Maxine Waters playing reverse psycology saying "Trump won't do it" ...to Susan Rice saying the same thing, "Let's just let them have nukes"...To the huge Trump chicken across from the whitehouse...They are trying to provoke President Trump to attack.
