Then in the 90's the made drastic changes to the public education system, many of the more financially stable choose to put their children into private corporate education. They don't think it would be an easy situation for the democrats tried to hold off the republicans, not to mention you would have a 79% military desertion. 3.) There is a way to fight a civil war. Infantry is still queen of the battle field and you better never forget it.
