So we've seen various reasons for why they're is a migrant crisis and who is pushing it. There are probably multiple groups involved for mutually beneficial reasons. Something this big doesn't happen without a lot of help. But there is one thing I've never seen that I think is the biggest and by far most plausible reason for the crisis: Israel is doing it in self-defense.

Israel is completely surrounded by countries of a different culture, different language, different religion. Israel is by far outnumbered. Israel has a much lower birthrate, meaning it will only get more and more outnumbered as time goes on. The only reason it's even still around is that its technological superiority has been enough to fight off larger numbers. This won't last forever, and Israel obviously knows it. Israel has no "defense in depth" - the ability to fall back into your own territory until your enemies' supplies get low and you can counterattack (think Soviet Union in WWII). Israel is only 70 miles wide at it's widest point. You could send a tank battalion through it in a day without warning. This means Israel had to be constantly vigilant, with a hair trigger, and ready to go all out with little warning. (If you haven't heard of the Samson Option , it's where Israel has made it known it will nuke the rest of the world with its undeclared nuclear arsenal if Israel is ever lost. This motivates the West to donate billions upon billions to Israel's military.)

Until recently, Israel's big plan to keep the Arabs busy dying was to encourage the West to invade Arab states (think of the Gulf War where Israel was specifically asked to stay out of the Coalition). Encouraging radical Muslims to go to Afghanistan (way the hell away from Israel) has also certainly been profitable for the last 16 years. And the recent fighting in Libya, Egypt and Syria distracts soldiers from helping Hezbollah.

But this is all just delaying the inevitable. You can't kill Muslims fast enough unless you really get serious about it, and genocide is currently taboo. (Interesting side note, it's only been taboo since the end of WWII, and somebody will bring it back before long). But since they can't genocide the Arabs for now, and they are incapable of outbreeding them, they need to send them somewhere . They need a relief valve. That relief valve is currently Europe.

Since WWII, several entire generations of Europeans have grown up with an uncharacteristically peaceful life. Most of Europe has not fought off invasions, not dealt with sectarian violence, not had their young men conscripted. The exceptions to this are Eastern Europe, which left WWII to immediately face Soviet invasion. What countries are fighting the migrants hardest? These same countries in Eastern Europe that have war in their living memories.

The Migrant Crisis is being pushed into Europe by Israel because Israel is being outbred and Europe is too pacifist and tolerant to defend itself.
