Wow a 2 month old account thinks it can judge my intentions. Fuck off back to reddit or whatever shithole you crept out.

Pawn

so basically now you want to ARM the hurricane with lethal projectiles of the type it already has.

Phen

I'm on the internet! I can answer anything I want!

Bonus feature: I also have a modicum of common sense and education. The amount of energy required for these skyscraper-sized loudspeakers would be, let's say, substantial. And the output would be trivially detectable. Given that it would require extremely loud and all. The patent explicitly mentions frequencies of 100-2000 Hz, although who knows how those values were obtained. (After all, this isn't a scientific publication. You don't think this is real, do you? It's just a patent on an unworkable idea.) 100-2000 Hz is well within the range of human hearing, and it the sonic attack would have to be generated over a very wide area. I guess it must be part of the conspiracy that all the cruise liners and fishing boats in the Caribbeans were also in on this. And then there's the whole pesky question of cui bono . Whatever the reason, guiding a hurricane to wreck some States seems like the least efficient way of doing it. Cartoon supervillains have more forethought than that.

Then again, most of the posts I read on /v/Conspiracy do seem to have that cartoon supervillain feel to them. Perhaps that is just another side effect of the mod and submitters being subjected to MK ULTRA.

Did it cross your mind that Hurricanes and Tornados are not exactly silent? Any sound used to manipulate a Hurricane or Tornado would be impossible to hear. Also most people tend to be inside when these things happen.

And do you really think you need big ass loudspeakers to produce sound? Ever heard of HAARP? Remember those trumpet sounds that were heard all around the world a few years ago? I heard them personally on a sunny day in Switzerland. This technology is real and is being used.

I admit I have no clue if something like this was used in the case of Irma. But too many people in this thread are telling me that this impossible because of some bond villain reason. None of you thought of the possibility that technology like this could be used to actually save people by directing a Hurricane/Tornado away?! Really?!

I miss the old Voat, too many idiots and shills found their way here.

Remember those trumpet sounds that were heard all around the world a few years ago?

Guess I was offworld that day.

Ever heard of HAARP?

Of course! I listened to Art Bell's early AM show back in the old days, so I'm basically an expert on how the Shadow Government manipulates the weather to please the Acheron lords of chaos. That's how I know it's not being deployed here.

Pawn

Ha. You cant change a hurricane lmao. A hurricane has such massive energy that it consumes more energy than humans do in a YEAR. Not even a nuke can stop a hurricane.

Idiot.

edistojim

The most powerful force in the world: An Atlantic hurricane.

<reads patent>

Blah blah blah blah blah pictures blah blah citations blah blah...

tl;dr the patent shows nothing of substance and is IMO complete bullshit. You can possibly disrupt weather patterns with sound waves, but you can't push them. Also, the audio frequencies cited are in audible range and not only would people hear them being used but they'd cause deafness and shatter windows.

Bonus points for using drawings of radio dishes for projecting sound.

Eualos

Just because the patent is real does not mean that it works.

smashbery

was comming here to say this....

Philosopher_King

This right here.

Every single idea you can think of, someone will patent. The reason being is because you never know. If someone were to create a piece of technology that was similar, you could sue.

8Ball

If it is, what is their motive for doing so?

Zinnsee

How about saving people by directing it away?

8Ball

I don't think the elites who possess this technology are altruistic enough to save us.

Zinnsee

Me neither

DangersDad

If it's (((them))) then it's $.

Phen

The answer is no.

tanukihat

Saved me a click.

I just copied the original title of the video. The reason I posted it wasn't really because I suspect a connection to Irma. But I thought some other goats would find the information about the patent as interesting as I did.
