The FBI is charging the pharmaceutical company, but the DEA and DOJ aren't going after the doctors, only revoking their licenses. Since the doctors are only being revoked of their licenses, instead of facing charges, is that enough to disincentivize their complicity? But this is strictly a morality problem, and that's another issue altogether.

Although the U.S. government has been lenient toward Big Pharma in the past, the situation with Insys clearly illustrates that some within the system can and will take a stand against Big Pharma.

The government can and will be bought out by big pharma.
