So Hungary had 391,000 Muslim migrants swarm the country in 2015, they built a wall, and now they've had just 1,184 in 2017.

Easier said than done. But while the article calls the Hungary border system a wall, most of it isn't a real, solid wall like the US has in places on its border.

The Hungarians had a massive crisis on their hands and had to get something done fast, so they put up a fence with steel uprights, barbed wire and an electrified top, and watchtowers with armed guards and armed guards patrolling between.
