Would someone explain why we are being told Dominica is having a Cat 5 hurricane the airport flight tracker has shown a Cat 1 at best?? And Sept 18th showing a top wind of 27 knots (31 MPH) ???

This is the same crew that did such a great job on Matthew and Irma. Also the same group screams daily about global warming/climate change but can't tell you if it going to rain tomorrow. They told us when Matthew came aground that it was a just a tropical depression but the winds at my residence were 135mph with 20 inches of rain documented. Their predictions cement my faith in scientists. Same group now says the hurricanes and storms are a direct result of global warming/climate change. Like we never had storms before they came up with this hogwash.
