Am just pointing out a few things I noticed, hope you don't mind.

They are also giving the cab driver a lot of shit about video taping them. Why would that be? Both one of the guys asks her why and also one of the women. They also freak out, "why is the light on?" at one point, but I guess if a door is open that is normal.

They ask the driver to take them to Luxor first. Not the hospital, despite running up to the cab screaming about a broken leg. Then they just tell the cab driver, drop us off at any hotel.

One woman for some reason guesses, "a thousand shots".

They also do a lot of things that make them seem real, like calling their parents to let them know they're OK. They also seem to get convincingly emotional at the end.

It's hilarious how they keep mis-gendering the cab driver.

I thought this was odd as well at first. But the guy does mention that instead of videotaping she should be focused on driving, which makes sense. You are right though, they seem excessively hostile about it. But that is likely just from fear and adrenaline.

I still find this part odd. When they first run up screaming about it it almost seems like they're trying to convince the driver that the woman has a broken leg. Maybe it's selfishness that they can talk about thousands of people shot yet take up a valuable car over one person with a broken leg.
