Could it be a doctored video to add the extra gunfire? Keep in mind that one of the objectives of authoritarians is to discredit those who challenge official narratives so as to justify censorship.

Could be the acoustics due to distance and changing direction of the sound.
Seemed like two distinct sounds of gunfire.

Video is gone and I cant find another copy.

It’s pretty clear watching up to that point that he was firing and strafed the crowd. You’re hearing the initial shots, then a bunch of snaps as he strafe fires near the cameraman, then he continues to fire, which is why the snapping goes back to how it sounds initially.

It was one gunman.

maybe

Dkeere

That sounds more like rounds snapping near the camera and the rounds firing, not two separate guns. I've been downrange of many weapons, and this sounds like one weapon firing from a considerable distance.

Could it be an echo off of buildings in the distance?

Dkeere

After pouring through multiple videos, there is definitely more than one weapon firing.

That said, there are both echos and sonic cracks being reported as multiple weapons. The sonic cracks are the rounds passing near the camera, and you typically hear them before you hear the sound of the round being fired from the weapon. Supersonic rifle rounds vs speed of sound. The bullet is getting there faster than the sound of the rifle, and created the typical sonic crack of anything going faster than sound. I keep hearing people say this is someone shooting from nearby, but its not.

I've heard some of the echoes, but echoes in a metropolitan area are new to me. I've heard plenty of weapon echoes in mountains, but it doesn't sound anything like this.

King_Freya

Exactly this. One gun. The bullets just sound different as he started firing closer to the cameraman.

Veridic

Are you sure those aren't the sounds of the bullets strafing something hard, like metal or concrete? I'd imagine a bullet hitting a hard object also makes a sound.

Mark_it_Zero

This. The softer sound is the rifle firing, the louder sound is the round hitting a solid object. A bullet from a rifle is traveling most likely over 2,000 ft/sec. the strike is extremely loud. I’m certainly not saying there was only 1 shooter, all I’m saying is the louder sound is the impact which makes sense as the impact is closer to the camera.

not_drunk

Duration of fire doesn't match up.
Origin of the sounds seems quite different.
