October 1, 2017 LAS VEGAS POLICE RADIO TRANSCRIPTION STARTING AT: 22:08 NOTICE For the record, I am in no way “suicidal”. I am not a member of any “organizations”. All my friends and family know I am of sound mind. This is not a “word for word” transcription. I do not claim to know police jargon or know the city of Las Vegas, so there may be misspellings of locations, streets, etc. This is by all means a ROUGH transcript. Some irrelevant information has been left out, but I can assure you that NO IMPORTANT INFORMATION IS OMITTED. Every point is a “new voice” on the radio even though it may be the same officer. Again, this is not a WORD FOR WORD transcript of EVERY SINGLE WORD SAID in this hour of broadcasting. I don’t have the patience for that shit, so this is what you get. My personal comments are ALWAYS in ( ) or [ ]. Here we go. 22:08 the radio starts: Shots heard from gate 7 50- 60th floor. North side of Mandalay Bay. West tower. Coming out of window. Room 91 (31?) South End 31st floor – shots fired from one floor up Automatic fire Flash 1/3 of the way up Mandalay Bay 1 female shot in leg – another shot in the mouth Pinned down. Eastside of the boulevard Gate 4 gunshot to leg of civilian Medical tent multiple victims Eastside 32nd floor 2 units on scene Female gunshot to head 100 people injured – 1 dead Officer is shot Mandalay Bal locked down 2 victims gate 6. 2 victims with 1 headshot and 1 chest shot Officers told to stay off of the boulevard Officer reports no gunshot flashes but there is a strobe light coming from the window on the Eastside Civilians on the ground reporting there are THREE shooters Second officer reports civilians saying north side of Hacienda – East side of LV Boulevard multiple people were shot and were shooting the concert venue Officer in hushed voice reports being in stairwell of 32nd floor. Room is #135 Officer shot. Shoulder wound. Still alive. Multiple 419’s – need medical group 410 vehicle white car going wrong way down LV Boulevard towards Mandalay Bay Room 135 32nd floor. 4 units on scene. Security of Mandalay Bay says shots fired on 29th floor AND 32nd levels. More officers arriving on 32nd floor. Security officer shot in leg on 32nd floor and is standing by the elevator Request for dedicated channel for 32nd floor – shooter shot down the hallway and shot security guard in the leg. Shooter reported as “He”. 8 unit team on 32nd floor. Need team on 29th floor. Confirmed TWO SHOOTERS. Shots from BOTH with full auto weapons.

Possible Chevy. Left in a hurry. Airport tower reporting multiple people are running across the runways At Reno and Tropicana. Request for more units. There might be a “possible”. 5 man team going to floor #2 Subject on helipad (Garbled open mic here seems to be a female voice speaking softly in distress, but that is my opinion.) Dispatch informs of open mic. Unit clearing casino floor. Swat unit heading up to 32nd floor. 419 behind medical tent Officer reports he has two rifles at medical tent; an extra for whomever needs it. Dispatch informs officers not to respond to Eastside. Another team on 29th floor. (May be Swat.) Clearing 29th floor. On 29th floor Mandalay Bay. 4 unit team. Moving up to 30 – team already there. (Open mic garbled with female voice here is a repeat. This only happened once, but for a solid 30 seconds or so.) No further shots heard for 10 – 15 minutes. Closing South Central to keep cars off the boulevard. Team on 29th & 30th and casino floor. 2 units. Team covering stairwell 32nd floor with 2 man team. Lower roof cleared. Employees on upper roof at break area. 2 (camera?) units clearing west wing. 2 strike teams @ boulevard on foot heading towards Mandalay Bay Request to clear floors 29 and lower. Clearing event. Pushing people to the east. Motel 6 by Tropicana. Civilians report OLDER WHITE MALE IN FATIGUES CARRYING BLACK BAG went into motorhome. CAME FROM MANDALAY BAY. Units on scene at intersection Civilian stole a patrol car at Guiles and (?). Need medical. Moving up to floor 3 One WMA in BLACK FATIGUES in a WHITE RV. (Cobalt?) and Tropicana. Officer reports he needs more units that he is being overrun by civilians trying to take police cars. Several (?) making their way out of entrance at Gate 5. Guiles and (Isle? Ollie?) Plaza. Several casualties. It is the northern most room on the 32nd floor on EITHER SIDE. Putting a shotgun on the RV. Unit in hallway on floor 32. Request for additional units to push people out of the main stage. Lots of 419’s on main stage area and concert area. 20 victims approximately. Casualties at Alibaba and Guiles as well as east of (?) Shrine as well as Mandalay Bay. TWO SEPARATE SCENES CONFIRMED. Request to have maintenance hold elevator at Mandalay Bay. Whole bunch of us going up. Request to confirm if sniper floor has been evacuated. Negative on evac of floors. Nothing has been evac’d. Just finished floor 31. Asking for status on floor 32. Conducting evac on the rest of floor 32. Clear already to #130. Will use caution and report before heading up to floor 32 to avoid (running into Swat). Team set up NORTH OF MOTEL 6. Clearing 419’s from main stage. Need help clearing area. Need more units at Reno & Tropicana for a “POSSIBLE”. Units arriving at Reno and Tropicana. 5 man team going to floor #2. Subject on helipad. (This is a repeat of the previous audio. This is NOT a 2nd subject on helipad.) Posted at (Cobalt?) at RV with 2 units. Team coming up to floor 32. 3 on scene outside MOTEL 6 on a “POSSIBLE”. Target floor 32 Northern most part room 135. Unit coming up to 32. Need conformation Mandalay Bay and Guile/Alibaba are two separate shooting locations. Team coming in from theatre/parking garage of Mandalay Bay. (lowered voice) 2 man team in House of Blues with 2 rifles standing by. Casino floor mostly cleared at (Murano?). Team on 32 Mandalay Bay coming out on 32nd so use caution. Team in stairwell on 300 side. Advised to wait for Swat to come to you. 2 teams coming in Eastside of Mandalay Bay. Confirmed. No shots from Luxor. Team with Swat officer moving from 300 stairwell to 131. They have the hallway contained. Team advised to hold stairwell. Swat has room contained. Report officer taking 3 criticals to hospital in his truck. Team from 31 holding at stairs to 32. Team on floor 2 right now. Team coming up to floor 2 @ shops on Mandalay Bay. Officer now has 5 criticals en route to hospital.

Tropicana and LV Boulevard is now casualty control point. Contain around Mandalay Bay. Team standing by outside in stairwell. Medics inquiring on whether to pick up at Four Seasons & Boulevard or drive to safe area with officers. Strike teams available for instruction. Medics reporting there are civilians injured in vehicles at Four Seasons on Boulevard, but cant get to them safely. Need officer assist to get there.
