Vegas here. I looked into this on Saturday for hours because it looked like the Equifax situation. CEO Murren sold 19 mil of personal shares in July, Aug, and Sept -300,000 shares in Sept. BUT then he RE INVESTED it on Tracadia (MGM private.equity arm) so basically just moving it around. 3 top MGM execs were at the concert w family.
