The 9/11 Commission came out in 2004 and was immediately censored, but undoubtedly earlier on, G.W. would have had to known how the investigation was coming along. We know now that in the censored pages, the Royal Saudi family had a direct link to funding the attack. G.W. knew too, but he obviously couldn't act on that.

I'm beginning to think he started the 2003 invasion of Iraq to punish the Saudis for their funding of terrorism.
