It's fun to speculate. Like, WHAT IF all those doomsayers and their (ridiculous) dates, which pile on and on without armageddon ever happening, could be RIGHT... but it happens in 297 years?

Can I set a reminder 296 years from now for my great-great-great-great-great grandchildren so they will have a year to get ready?

I'm not certain about almost 300 years, but a few hundred probably isn't that far off if one were to consider some additional years lost/added at the end of the roman empire also.
