I am trying to upvote this but it is not working. My upvotes worked as usual for an hour before I got to this video. Is this a glitch or a bot working to prevent upvoting? The vote counter is on 5 at this point. Long but very interesting. Witness is very credible-sounding and says it took until about 80 minutes after the shooting for a swat team to arrive, but before that, armed men in black came in and told the crowd to raise their hands. Also he saw wounded people outside the Tropicana, that is about 800 yards from the Mandalay.
