Apparently some "agencies", not the CIA but could be Homeland or the FBI, are working to block the release of all or parts of the files. This is some shit, isn't it?

Where did you hear this? The article said POTUS is the blame for the delay.

I did a StartPage search for "where are the jfk files" and found a link that stated that Trump can't approve it until unstated agencies lifted some kind of last minute requests to hold them. The same search now brings up different results, one of which says that they should be released tomorrow.
