I don't see how Saudi royals could dupe the CIA or FBI. They were probably working for the same end result, but with different intentions in mind.

I think this theory is way off on a number of data points - but I do like the idea of that guy being escorted by the FBI/armed guys in the casino being a Saudi Royal - if not that particular Saudi Royal - in part because of his shoes:)
