It shouldn't surprise people that monitoring of protest/political groups by any stakeholder happens. What should surprise people, especially those that dismiss claims from a friend as a conspiracy theory , is when protesters are paid to attend what would otherwise be a peaceful protest, and incite violence to further a puppet master's cause, just like what Soros does with his Open Society Foundation, BLM etc.

Make no mistake, these are mercenaries , not paid protesters. They are hijacking a peaceful protest, which should be allowed and monitored.
