The trauma is meant to flood your body with stress hormones. After the tramatic stuff they usually so a white woman being comforted by a nigger. Combine that with the flashing lights, right before the trauma, it implants the idea that niggers or what other comforting social marxist idea is what is needed to bring comfort to your life. They just keep building and working on the neurological pathways until social Marxism is your natural response to stress.
