Why I have placed this in conspiracy as well as news is I read the article on the Review Journal website as it came out. There was an entire paragraph about how the FBI would review the applications (oh like those phones you wiped!) And how you had one month to apply.

I go to post the article to Voat - poof the FBI part is GONE and a new happy paragraph about if they get more they will look into more donations.
