The State is the enemy of the people. The FBI is a tool of the State. The government of the United States is NOT the United States. The citizens are the United States.

Organizations seem to have a shelf life of about 50 years before they become fossilized with self reinforcing group think that allows them to believe that whatever they do is good just because they're able to reaffirm the same belief over and over again while they're sipping coffee with each other. Build a new federal police force and then stop funding this one. The caveat that the new one ends in a set time should be built in. The CIA, the United Nation, same thing. The UN people should ALL be shot, but taking away their gravy train and putting them out on the street will have to do.
