Measles vaccines used to be given at a very young age, so there isn't much opportunity.

If you really want vaccine-based germ warfare, what you want is to get a flu shot just when they change the formulation, so people who got a shot earlier in the season aren't immune, and mingle around the elderly and infirm. The problem then is that they're more likely to infect you with something than you infecting them.
