When we already know Sandy Hoax was completely fake, and no one and nothing was shot, why would we we care about minutiae like this? It's just controlled information probably to get us to chase the tail for awhile. For a hoax event, there's not going to be a legitimate forensics investigation. Just my two cents.

WCO- whole community operation. You are 100% correct. WCE- whole community event. The us is littered with them, I did my research and in my area they have about 28 FBI ladies pretending to be single moms- they have nice houses paid off- by whom I don't know- but there is 28 of them that I have found. One appears to work for ICE, she has a cute uniform she dons a few times a week. But, alas they are all on the FBI payroll. A pound of protection beats an ounce of lead.

Did a search for "state of connetecticut criminalistics forensics supplemental report" and got two results, both were 4chan/pol threads. Near as I can tell, that report, as named by the picture, does not exist.

And go figure, it contains the text OP's pic cited. Please be skeptical of this. If might be perfectly legit, but this is a plain text report, auto-converted from PDFy format, complete with lack of structure and spelling errors. Its worth noting that I can't find any other copies of this document anywhere on the internet.
