He said he was going to during his campaign. Basically fully supports the NSA and wants to expand their operations. In 2001, just after the Twin Towers incident, the NSA started splicing fiber at main ISP's offices that had the backbone running through them. As in, they have a 100% copy of ALL US internet traffic.
