Are they the same person or brothers though? Is that something we can prove? On 4chan someone suggested that their ears were different and that the site shows them to be brothers.

It’s possible. The YouTube link is very weird though. Lots of children videos uploaded very recently, and none of the videos seem to have the boys as grown ups. I have yet to see photos of the two ‘brothers’ together..
