THIS DOES NOT MAKE LOGICAL SENSE. This is saying that the police, who had come to the school AFTER BEING CALLED FOR A SCHOOL SHOOTER, COULD NOT TELL IN THE VIDEO WHEN THE SHOOTING STARTED?

I just can't even.. No matter how you try and parse this bullshit it doesn't make sense. Are they saying they didn't know who the shooter was because they had a 28 minute delay on the video? Or is there actually a GAP in the video where they don't see the shooting, because the FBI and CNN got there before the police did?

But if these cops aren't smart enough to be able to tell very quickly when the shooting started, or whether they were looking at a live feed or not, then holy fuck we are doomed.
